Arianna Warner received her Master's of Fine Art in Art and Social Practice from Portland State University. Prior to this, she graduated with a B. A. in Studio Art from Stony Brook University. Since being diagnosed with a chronic pain illness in 2007, Warner began studying art as a form of survival and as a means of coping; this, in turn, has heavily influenced her work. She utilizes performance, participation, and play in her practice.

Her work has been shown at the aforementioned Stony Brook University, The Art League of Long Island, and the University of New Hampshire School of Law, among other locations. Warner is the creator of The Dedication Project which investigates relationships through book form asking specific communities to co-author a book with her. The contents of each volume are primarily dedications to an influential person in each author’s life. Warner also is the creator of The Dinosaur Onesie Project, which she discussed during her TEDx Talk (2013). Recently, Warner was nominated “Most Influential Young Person of the Year” by Body and Mind Network.
